Our daily meditations range from 2 to 12 minutes, with up to 2 minutes available for free, longer sessions for $2.50 each, or unlimited access through our $10 annual subscription. Each practice is designed to bring you peace, clarity, and balance—whether through a calming body scan, gentle breathing techniques, vivid guided imagery, or mindful movement inspired by Tai Chi. You will also find sessions that focus on health, cultivating calm, labeling emotions, and fostering emotional well-being, helping you connect more deeply with yourself each day. TEAM THRIVE is our customized team-building workshop designed to strengthen collaboration and unity within your organization. We work closely with administrators, HR staff, and program leaders to identify your team’s specific needs and areas for growth. Then, we facilitate engaging, guided activities at your facility that promote bonding and emphasize the value of working together toward shared goals.
